Conservation Easement Checklist
Steve Small has provided a comprehensive Conservation Easement checklist to help you better understand and prepare for the various challenges this process can present. This checklist is taken directly from Preserving Family Lands, Book III.

Estate Evaluator
This tool will calculate your current estate value and provide some estate tax amounts for different size estates. There is also an interactive map that allows you to view the tax burden in different states within the US.
